LUCERNE VALLEY, Ca. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to identify a carjacking suspect who stole the victim’s Haley Davidson, wallet, and cell phone.
On Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at around 11:00 a.m., a 25-year-old Thousand Oaks man was riding his motorcycle near Lucerne Valley and Barstow Roads when he believed motorcycle was having mechanical problems. An early-2000’s Black Chevrolet Silverado, occupied by two Hispanic men, pulled up next to the victim, who was standing near his motorcycle. The passenger exited the truck, armed with a gun he told the victim to put his hands in the air while the suspect took his phone, wallet, and leaving on the victim’s motorcycle.
Authorities said that the suspect was described as,5’10” and 200lbs, with facial hair and wearing all black clothing.
