ADELANTO – Authorities are seeking the identity of two robbery suspects who 40 cases of formula from an Adelanto Store.
On Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at around 2:42 p.m. to Hispanic men in their 30’s walking into the Children’s Nutrition Center in the 11450 block of Bartlett Avenue in Adelanto. The employee, a 40-year-old Victorville woman, was alone in the store when the men approached her and one pointed a handgun at her. “The suspects forcibly took her to the back of the business and told her to stay inside the restroom and not come out,” said Victor Valley Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Staci Parks. “When the victim felt it safe to come out of the restroom, she discovered the suspects had stolen 24 cases of baby formula, the security camera and DVR, an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim’s purse and cell phone.”
The suspects were Hispanic men who were both wearing black shirts, black pants, and gloves. One of the suspects was described as having tattoos on his neck and arms.
