The male subject who is described as a 19-20-year-old Hispanic male adult who is around 5’1 was wearing a blue uniform and badge. He asked to go inside the tenant’s home to do an inspection. He said that he was from San Bernardino County, doing inspections for Apple Valley Fire. The resident requested to see his badge, his name, or a business card but the subject refused.
