BANNING, Calif. – Two women and one man, all from Banning, were arrested for multiple theft-related crimes officials said.
On January 10, 2019, authorities began investigating multiple burglaries reported at a local fitness gym. Through investigation, they learned that the suspects entered the gym during business hours acting as if they were members of the gym. They then entered the female’s locker rooms and gained access to lockers by cutting locks. They then stole property from inside and from inside the victim’s vehicles. The suspects would also use the victim’s credit cards and checks to make purchases at local businesses.
It was determined that Crystal Jant, 36, Victoria Gonzalez, 32, and Randy Stalling, 51, were the suspects involved in the burglaries. The three suspects were also learned to be involved in similar crimes in Riverside, Temecula, and in San Bernardino County. A search warrant search was conducted of a home in the 500 block of 5th Street in Banning. Crystal Jant, Victoria Gonzalez, and Randy Stalling were arrested for burglary, identity theft, and possession of illegal controlled substance and were transported and booked into the Larry Smith Correctional Facility.
