CHINO HILLS– A man exposed a 14-year-old girl to sexually explicit material and was arrested by Chino Hills Police.
On July 17, 2017, Chino Hills police received a report that a 14-year-old female had been exposed to sexually explicit material. Chino Hills police investigated and determined that Roger Hayes, a 67-year-old male was identified as the suspect.
On July 27, 2017, Hayes was contacted and interviewed by investigators. After being interviewed he was arrested and charged with Annoying and Molesting a Child.
Investigators believe that Hayes may have other victims because he was a private manager and video producer for multiple children over the last 38 years. If anyone has information regarding this case you are urged to contact the Chino Hills Police at (909)364-2000 and reference case#221702415.
