HESPERIA – Detectives and FBI agents are investigating a Friday afternoon robbery at the Chase Bank, located in the 12700 block of Main Street in the City of Hesperia.
On Friday, June 29, 2018, at around 2:52 p.m. deputies from the Hesperia Station responded to the report of a robbery that has just occurred. When they arrived they confirmed that a White Male adult wearing light-colored clothing, glasses, and a ball cap entered the business. He walked up to a teller and handed the teller a note stating that he was demanding money. The teller believed that the suspect was armed and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then fled from the bank on foot.
No injuries were reported as a result of the robbery. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the investigation should contact Detective Jason Schroeder or Sergeant Doug Hubbard at the Hesperia Station.
