FONTANA – The USS Foundation along with the Fontana Police Department were able to provide 100 Thanksgiving Dinner to residents in the City of Fontana. Each dinner was complete with a large turkey and all the sides, including desserts. Three City of Fontana neighborhoods were selected to receive these meals
The USSF is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping meet the critical needs of underprivileged children. Fontana Police officials were proud to work alongside the USSF to provide the meals to the community in hopes to ease the financial burden on those who receive them.
“The Fontana Police Department strives to be involved and invested in our community,” said Fontana Police Department officials. “We know how difficult the holiday season could be on so many with all the expenses associated.”
