FONTANA – Residents of the City of Fontana reached out to the Fontana Police Department through calls and social media asking about immigration checkpoints.
The residents told authorities that they have received the message through social media indicating there were or would be immigration checkpoints in the City of Fontana.
The Fontana Police said that they are not conducting any immigration-related checkpoints and are not involved in any deportations. Furthermore, the Fontana Police Department officials would like to let the community know that no immigration checks or deportations are being conducted at all within the City of Fontana.
