MORENO VALLEY – Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress on the 21000 block of Eucalyptus Avenue on the afternoon of June 10th. A vigilant witness called in to report that several people, both male and female were at a construction site loading construction equipment and power tools into a white Ford F-150. Deputies arrived to find that the vehicle had already left the scene.

The truck was located in close proximity to the theft location but two of the occupants fled on foot. Two, 47-year-old Pamela Macias and 44-year-old Eric Jones both from Moreno Valley were contacted during the traffic stop. The other two suspects 22-year-old Ronnie Gilstrap and 27-year-old Hermelinda Quinones were identified as the two who fled on foot. Gilstrap was apprehended at an adjacent residence a short time later and Quinones was apprehended the next morning.
