ADELANTO, Ca. – Four teens were arrested for terrorizing a normally quiet Adelanto neighborhood with paintball guns, authorities said.
On Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at around 9:05 p.m. authorities were called to the 11900 block of Spring Hill Court in the City of Adelanto. Dispatchers were told that four male juveniles from 13 to 17-years-old were shooting at people and vehicles with paintball guns.
Witnesses and victims at the scene assisted responding deputies by identifying the suspect vehicle and relaying the information to dispatchers. As deputies arrived they found the suspect vehicle abandoned on Maywood Street. Inside the vehicle paintballs and CO2 tanks were located. Deputies located the boys in the area and placed them under arrest. They boys were released to their parents or guardians.
