GRAND TERRACE – Detectives are releasing the photo of a 19-year-old Grand Terrace man who was accused of raping a juvenile because they think that there may be other victims.
Jay Traven was accused last month of raping the female minor with a foreign object multiple times over a couple of years. At least some of the incidents reportedly occurred in the 12000 block of Dos Rios Avenue in Grand Terrace. The report was investigated, including questioning Traven which led to his arrest a month after the initial report. He was booked into the Central Detention Center.
