HESPERIA – A man was arrested after kidnapping his children and taking them to his home refusing to let them out when deputies arrived. At around 2:43 p.m. the children and their mother were at Timberlane Park in the City of Hesperia. Phillip Williamson, 35, of Hesperia drove up, pulled out a gun, pointed it at the victim, and stated that he was taking his children. He put the kids in his vehicle and fled the area.
