HESPERIA, Calif. – A 31-year-old Hesperia woman was arrested after abusing her 9-year-old stepdaughter officials said.
On Sunday, March 17, 2019, at around 2:03 p.m., the mother of the girl walked into the Hesperia Station to report that she picked up the child from her father’s Hesperia home and she had bruises on her face.
