Man Arrested After Being Found Under the Bed Naked in Victorville Home

VICTORVILLE – A male transient was arrested after being located naked inside a Victorville home.

On Friday, June 22, 2018, at around just before 10:20 p.m. a 51-year-old woman arrived to her home in the 13500 block of Camelia Road in the City of Victorville to find her front door partially open. She continued into her home, walking into her bedroom where she found a naked man lying under the bed with his back facing her. The woman ran from her home to her neighbors home and called 911. The neighbor ran into the home and pulled the suspect outside and detained him until the deputies arrived. The suspect, later identified as Donny Lee Trimble, 35, was learned to be a registered sex offender out of the City of Ontario. According to authorities, Trimble appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

Through investigation, it was learned that Trimble entered the home by removing the screen from an unlocked window. Trimble put on a pair of sweatpants from inside the home. Deputies also found an iPad under the bed, which Trimble removed from another room in the house. Trimble was found to have illegal drugs in his possession. Trimble was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for Burglary, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. He is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.
