BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Kern County Sheriff’s are asking for the public’s help with identifying bank robbery suspect in the Bakersfield area.
On July 8, 2019, at around 1:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the Chase Bank, located at 2314 North Chester for the report of a robbery. The suspect walked into the bank, and produced a note demanding money. No weapon was seen and no injuries were reported as a result of the robbery. There was a second suspect outside of the bank. Both suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction.
