Kanye West suddenly stopped his Queens, New York performance Sunday night due to a “family emergency”. The nature of the emergency was not immediately known by shocked fans.
Shortly after, a representative said that Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint by several armed and masked men, who were disguised as police officers while in her Paris, France Hotel room. The suspects entered the building and were led by the concierge, who authorities said were being held at gunpoint to where Kardashian West was staying.
After entering the room, Kardashian-West was tied up and locked inside a restroom while the robbers collected millions of dollars worth of jewelry. After collecting the jewelry, they fled the scene on bicycles and remain at large.
Kardashian West has been in Paris for fashion week since last week, along with her mother, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kourtney and Kendall. It is unknown if her infant son and toddler daughter were with her at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident, although Kardashian West is understandibly, “badly shaken”.
