LAKE ELSINORE, Ca. – A Lake Elsinore man was arrested for being in possession of heroin, police said.
Francisco Hernandez, 28, of Lake Elsinore, was arrested after a report was made regarding a suspicious person who was sitting inside a vehicle at Creekside Park at 8:25 a.m. on Friday, September 20, 2019. When deputies arrived they made contact with Hernandez who they found in possession of nearly 2 grams of heroin. He was arrested and booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center for the possession of heroin. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s officials ask that the community continues to report suspicious activity directly to law enforcement by calling Sheriff’s Dispatch at (951) 776-1099, or by calling 911 if the matter is an emergency.
