SAN BERNARDINO, Ca. – A San Bernardino man, who was previously convicted of at least one out-of-state sex offense was arrested for the possession of Child Pornography.
The investigation began when the Electronic Service Provider (ESP) provided a cyber tip regarding the downloads of a San Bernardino man. It was learned that the home was that of Sean MacDonald, 48. On Tuesday, May 12, 2020, a search warrant was issued at MacDonald’s home in the 1000 block of East Baseline Street in San Bernardino. Authorities made contact with MacDonald at the home and he was detained. At the end of the search, MacDonald was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center. He is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
