Man Arrested After Following Women, Masturbating, & Ejaculating on Toilet Seats

RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A 24-year-old Rancho Cucamonga man was arrested for following women into the restroom, masturbating and ejaculating on the toilet seats.

The investigation began on Friday, November 30, 2018, when deputies learned that an unknown black man had followed a female resident in a Rancho Cucamonga apartment complex. The woman was at the gym where the male suspect began following her to her apartment. When the woman went into her apartment, the subject entered behind her. Authorities believe that the suspect was seeking the female in an attempt to sexually assault her.

The victim’s husband confronted the suspect, who fled on foot. When deputies arrived they searched the area for the suspect but did not locate him. Authorities learned that the man was likely visiting various gyms and pool areas in Rancho Cucamonga apartment complexes. The man would enter women’s restrooms at these locations, where he masturbated and ejaculated on the toilet seats.

On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department located the suspect in the same complex where he followed the woman days earlier. The suspect was identified as Ryan Bernard Oneal, who was linked to the prior incident. “Based on the information obtained during the investigation, it is believed that Oneal may have followed or harassed other female subjects at the various apartment complexes in the City of Rancho Cucamonga,” said Rancho Cucamonga Police officials.
