MORENO VALLEY – A man was arrested after exposing his penis to a young female juvenile at the Rio Rancho Mall on Monday.
On October 8, 2018, officers from the Moreno Valley Police Department responded to the 25200 block of Sunnymead Boulevard for the report of indecent exposure to a juvenile. Officers learned that the suspect, Juan Alvarez allegedly followed the young girl through the mall. At some point, Alvarez exposed his penis began to lewdly touch it and then also touched the juvenile with his other hand.
The mother was with her juvenile daughter but did not notice that Alvarez was following them. The mother noticed what was happening and notified the mall security, who were able to quickly detain Alvarez. Officers arrived shortly after and arrested Alvarez. He was booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
