FONTANA – A male in his 20’s was found deceased in front of a home in the 9400 block of Juniper Avenue in the City of Fontana on Friday morning. At around 6:36 a.m. Fontana Police responded to the report of a man down. Officers arrived to find the Hispanic man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Homicide detectives are at the scene investigating the incident. Officials said that it is unknown if this shooting was a suicide or a homicide. The Fontana Police Department is asking anyone with any knowledge to this incident to call detectives at 909-350-7700 reference Case# 17-15355.
