CHINO – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle on Euclid Avenue south of Merrill in Chino on Tuesday. Officers from the Chino Police Department responded to the call at around 12:15 a.m. When they arrived they located the lifeless body of the male pedestrian lying in the middle of the road.
Pulled over to the right side of the road, on Euclid near Kimball was a 2013 Nissan Sentra occupied by a female driver. The driver told authorities, that she was driving southbound on Euclid when she hit something.
The man, whose name has not yet been released was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:36 a.m. The collision remains under investigation by the Chino Police Department.
