PALMDALE – A 49-year-old man was sentenced to 104 years to life in prison for sexually abusing 7 and 8-year-old Palmdale girls on Monday.
David Wayne Hoyle was convicted of sexually abusing the two girls, who were family members between September 2011 and July 2014. During the same period of time, Hoyle physically abused a 7-year-old male family member, according to court testimony.
Following the September 23, 2016, guilty verdict of 11 charges including four counts of oral copulation or sexual penetration with child 10 years or younger, one count of sexual intercourse or sodomy with child 10 years or younger and two counts each of lewd acts upon a child, criminal threats and corporal injury to a child.
Hoyle who was a Palmdale resident at the time of the crimes, moved to North Carolina where he was arrested and extradited to California.
