FONTANA – A domestic violence incident led to a shooting of a female victim, a carjacking, and a second shooting Fontana police officials said.
On Thursday, November 17, 2016, at around 8:23 p.m. a domestic violence incident was reported in the 18200 block of Orange Way in the City of Fontana. The suspect, identified as Kayvon Isaccs, 25, was involved in a verbal altercation with his 22-year-old girlfriend. The altercation escalated and Isaacs shot his girlfriend one time. Police and medical personnel arrived and transported the female to the hospital in critical condition.
Isaccs fled on foot to the 8700 block of Locust Avenue, where he was involved in a carjacking. Isaccs left in the stolen vehicle and drove to the front of the 77th Division Station of the LAPD, located at 7600 Broadway in the City of Los Angeles, where he shot himself twice. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
