BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of a male subject.
On Sunday, June 23, 2019, at around 10:35 p.m. deputies responded to the 5700 block of Garber Way, for a shooting victim. When deputies arrived they found a male subject inside of a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was rushed to the hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Authorities said that the shooter(s) were reportedly in a white pickup truck and fired around ten rounds.
