MEAD VALLEY – Two Mead Valley men were arrested for multiple charges related to the theft of mail authorities said. On Friday, January 13, 2017, deputies from the Perris Station conducted a probation search of a home in the 20000 block of Markham Street in Mead Valley, an unincorporated area of Perris. As they search they uncovered over 800 pieces of stolen mail that belonged to over 267 victims from Mead Valley, Menifee, Moreno Valley, Riverside and several other nearby surrounding cities. Also located at the home was the personal information of over 100 victims, a sawed-off shotgun, a loaded rifle, a stolen off-road motorcycle, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. This investigation is ongoing.
