MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – A 24-year-old Moreno Valley man was arrested for animal cruelty after killing his roommate’s Chihuahua mix dog.

Li Haoming was arrested and booked at the Robert Presely Detention Center. He was being held in lieu of $10,000. Moreno Valley Police said that crimes like the crime, Li Haoming allegedly committed, are taken very seriously.
