VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A man died on Friday morning after a single-vehicle motorcycle collision, officials said.
At around 4:19 a.m., deputies from the Victorville station and the Victorville City Fire Department and AMR paramedics responded to National Trails Highway, north of the I-15 freeway in the City of Victorville. When they arrived they located a black Harley Davidson and the ejected motorcycle rider lying in the dirt field unresponsive. Paramedics determined that the man was dead as a result of his injuries.
It is unknown if drugs, alcohol, or speed were a factor in this collision. National Trails Hwy in the area of the collision was closed in both directions for several hours while investigators processed the scene for evidence and interviewed witnesses.
Anyone with information or anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact Deputies M. Lee or A. Ramos at the Victorville Police Station.
