SPRING VALLEY LAKE – Nearly 400 Southern California Edison customers in Spring Valley Lake were without power since Tuesday afternoon SCE officials said.
“The cause of the outage is that a switch went out due to weather-related heat,” said SCE Spokeswoman, Marianne Melborne.
Crews are on scene working on restoring the damaged equipment. As of 12:00 a.m. crews were able to restore power to all but about 200 homes
Power is expected to be restored to all residents between 4am-6am on Wednesday morning. Those who have any losses as a result of the outage can submit a claim with Southern California Edison.
