NORCO – A 59-year-old Norco man was arrested on Monday for vandalizing a commercial building, officials said. At 11:43 a.m. deputies responded to the report of vandalism of the business in the 1100 block of Mountain Avenue in the City of Norco.
The suspect was caught damaging the building on surveillance footage from Sunday when the business was closed. The camera footage helped deputies identify the suspect of Frank Portillo Mata, who was located, arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center.
