TWENTYNINE PALMS – The parents of a 5-month-old boy were arrested on Tuesday after he tested positive for methamphetamine.
On Tuesday, September 8, 2020, Morongo Basin Station Detectives began investigating foot injuries and the finding of methamphetamine in his system when the child was taken to the Hi Desert Medical Center. The child was transferred to Loma Linda University Medical Center for a more advanced level of care.
Through investigation the baby’s mother and father, Suzie Bradley, 39, and Noudam Khamphouy, 49, both of Twentynine Palms were arrested for child abuse. Bradley and Khamphouy were booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with a bail amount of $100,000.00.
