PHELAN – A Hispanic male suspect sought-after by Victor Valley Sheriff’s deputies in connection with a Phelan retail theft. On Monday, November 28, 2016, at approximately 6:34p.m. Sheriff deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Phelan sub-station were called out to a retail theft at a Radio Shack located on Phelan Road.
The deputy who responded assessed that a Hispanic Male Adult who had previously been at the Radio Shack had stolen $400.00 worth of electronic goods. Employees at the Radio Shack stated that the Hispanic man threatened to kill them. Deputies are asking for the public’s help to identify the suspected thief.
