FONTANA – A Rialto man was arrested after a traffic stop led to him hitting the officer and his motorcycle on Tuesday afternoon. At around 2:45 p.m. a motorcycle police officer from the Fontana Unified School District Police Department attempted to stop a silver Chevy Camaro near Foothill Boulevard and Mango Avenue.
The vehicle stopped, but the driver, Gabriel Sierra was uncooperative. He put his vehicle in reverse, accelerating rapidly. He struck the officer then hit his motorcycle.
