RIVERSIDE – Riverside Police are asking for help to identify a hit-and-run suspect who struck a parked vehicle occupied by a woman and her newborn child.
On Sunday, March 18, 2018, at around midnight a White man, described to be in his mid-20’s with red hair and a beard, He was accompanied by a Hispanic male juvenile with brown hair. The suspect left the Walmart store located at 6250 Valley Springs Parkway in the City of Riverside.
The suspect vehicle is described as an older model SUV, possibly a Ford Expedition. The vehicle was raised with off-road lights. After getting into the vehicle, the driver quickly backed up, striking the parked vehicle, driving forward and leaving the parking lot. The incident was captured on store surveillance and the images of the suspect was also captured by the surveillance inside of the store.
