San Bernardino County Museums have joined the Museums For All, which provides better access to low-income families who may otherwise not be able to visit museums. The program was started by the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS). The San Bernardino County County Museum Association and U.S. Bank.
While museum general admission is usually $10 (adult), $8 (military or senior), $7 (student), $5 (child aged 5 to 12), and children under 5 free they are now offering those with an EBT card from any state to enter for only $1 per person; up to 9 people per group. While the EBT card is used for low-income identification, it is not used for admission payment, which is to be made by cash or credit/debit card.
The San Bernardino County Museum is located at 2024 Orange Tree Lane in the City of Redlands. Hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. There is no parking fee at the museum. This program also includes the Victor Valley Museum and the county’s historic sites.
