SAN BERNARDINO – A 55-year-old San Bernardino man was arrested for sexually abusing a female child under the age of 14-years-old.
On Monday, November 7, 2016, at around 1:00 p.m. deputies from the Central Station responded to Pacific Street in the City of San Bernardino for the report of suspected child abuse. Through investigation, deputies learned that Felipe Castro Flores allegedly touched the victim inappropriately in her genitalia area.
Flores was interviewed by detectives and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center for penetration with a foreign object with minor under 14 years old. He is being held in lieu of $250,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at the San Bernardino Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon.
