VICTORVILLE – A single suspect is still at large following an armed robbery at the Autozone located at 14675 Palmdale Road. Deputies from the Victorville Station responded to a report of a robbery at around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night.
Witnesses told authorities that the suspect, who was described as a black man in a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans entered the store ordering everyone to get down on the ground. At this time it is unclear if the suspect left the business with any cash or merchandise.
Deputies on scene were able to track footprints southbound on Del Gado Road. A 24/7 Headline News reporter contacted the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department but they are unavailable for comment at this time. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
