HIGHLAND – Highland Station received a report from a woman after her juvenile daughter told her that she was sexually abused by several family members. The victim said that the abuse was ongoing over several years.
Through investigation, it was learned that a 15-year-old victim was the victim of the sexual abuse from the time she was 4 to 11-years-old. A second victim, who is now 18-years-old reported that she was sexually abused from the time she was 6-10-years-old. Both victims disclosed that they were abused by the same three men, Antonio Alvarez, 37, of Highland, Melvin Pilgrim, 62, of San Bernardino, and Jeffrey Raynor, 45, of San Bernardino.
The abuse took place at various locations. The case has been forwarded to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office so that they can determine if and/or what criminal charges will be filed on the suspects. The photos of the suspects have been released due to the possibility that there may be additional victims.
