LOMA LINDA – Two suspects were arrested after attempting to burglarize several vehicles in the Loma Linda University Medical Center Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies from the Central Station were dispatched to the old parking structure regarding suspicious circumstances. When deputies arrived they found the two suspects, 19-year-old Marcelino Aguirre and 25-year-old Henry Changwo, both from San Bernardino detained by hospital security.
Deputies learned that the two suspects were looking into parked vehicles and were grabbing handled to see if they were unlocked. When they did not find any unlocked vehicles they left the location. In the possession of the suspects were burglary tools including metal picks, shaved keys, a glass breaking device, and metal files. Aguirre was also in possession of methamphetamine. Both suspects were booked into the Central Detention Center for Conspiracy.
