CRESTLINE – A 15-year-old boy was last seen in Crestline on July 13, 2016, and authorities are seeking the public’s help to locate him. Taj Michael McCarter attempted to take a train to Oxnard to see his father, officials said. On August 4, 2016, Taj exited the wrong stop in Venice. Since then, none of his friends or family have seen or heard from him.
McCarter is described as 6’03”, 160 pounds, hazel eyes, and short blonde hair. He also has an approximately 2” scar on his right eyebrow. Anyone with any information should contact the Twin Peaks Station or your local law enforcement agency. Police have McCarter classified as both a runaway and as missing at this time.
