HESPERIA, Ca. – Two Hesperia men were arrested for the the burglary of an automotive recycling facility on Tuesday morning.
At around 5:43 a.m. deputies responded to the Primo Auto Salvage, located at 16868 Mesa Street in the City of Hesperia for the report of a burglary in progress.
When deputies arrived they located Edward Legarreta, 42, of Hesperia, in the driver’s seat of a vehicle parked in front of the business. He was detained and Donald Payseur, 25, was located hiding under a vehicle inside the secured property. Payseur was detained. Both suspects were later arrested. During a search of a Hesperia home that was connected to one of the suspects, evidence was found connecting the suspects to other theft-related cases.
Both suspects were booked into the High Desert Detention Center for Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit a Crime.
