SAN BERNARDINO – Two men lost their lives as a result of the traffic collision Saturday evening. Juan Otero-Acosta, 34, of Moreno Valley and Jose Blas Gonzalez-Torres, 30, of San Bernardino were in a 2004 Nissan 350z traveling westbound on W. 9th Street west of Bobbett Drive in the City San Bernardino.
Authorities said that the vehicle was driving approximately 80 miles per hour when the vehicle went off of the roadway and slammed into a brick wall column. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
