UPLAND, Ca. – A 69-year-old Upland man was cited for downloading and distributing child pornograaphy, authorities said.
Authorities learned that Edward John Langer was involved in the illegal activity leading to a search warrant being served at his home on November 19, 2019. During the search at the home in the 2200 block of Plumeria Avenue, Several electronic devices were confiscated as evidence during the search.
“Due to extenuating circumstances, Langer was issued a citation to appear in court for possession and distribution of child pornography,” said City of Fontana Police in the news release. Langer was released from custody at his residence.
