UPLAND, Calif. – Upland Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing juvenile.
Ernesto Abundez left his home in the 1600 block of West Arrow Highway on February 4, 2019, at 6:30 a.m. He has not returned and no one has heard from him since.
