VICTORVILLE – Four juveniles suffered injuries after the dune buggy they were in overturned late Saturday afternoon.
At around 4:45 p.m. San Bernardino County Firefighters responded to the collision to find the four injured patients, three with major injuries and one with minor to moderate injuries.
An air ambulance was requested for three of the four patients, with the four being transported locally by ground ambulance. The landing zones have been established at San Bernardino County Fire Department Station 319, located at the Southern California Logistic Airport and Desert Valley Hospital.
The two patients airlifted from Station 319 were transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center for the treatment of their injuries.

Update: (5:40 pm)- The patient transported to Desert Valley to be airlifted to a trauma was rushed into the Desert Valley Emergency room due to an airway issue.
