VICTORVILLE – A Victorville man was arrested after trespassing and defecating on a Redlands property last week authorities said.
On Friday, July 21, 2018, at around 7:00 a.m. the homeowner was alerted to a trespasser on his property. This brought his attention to his video alarm system which he watched remotely from his smartphone. The suspect, later identified as 23-year-old Timothy Davis, 23, was seen going through things in his backyard, then defecate in his backyard. The man’s wife and children were inside the house at the time of the incident but were sleeping at the time of the incident.
Davis left the home but was later identified and arrested. Davis was released on a misdemeanor warrant release the same day at 2:42 p.m. and has no court date scheduled at this time.
