VICTORVILLE – A 53-year-old Victorville man was arrested for the rape of a 12-year-old runaway on Friday authorities said.
On Thursday, March 23, 2017, deputies responded to the St. Mary’s Hospital in the Town of Apple Valley to interview a female juvenile who had reported a rape. The girl was reported as a runaway from the Phelan area on Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
