VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A Victorville woman was arrested for assaulting her 22-year-old nephew because she believed he assaulted her sister, authorities said.
On Thursday, August 22, 2019, Mary Pearl Carol Williamson, 41, demanded that her nephew left her home. He refused, leading to Williamson striking him several times with the handle of a broken coffee mug. Victorville Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez told a 24/7 Headline News reporter that the nephew suffered several lacerations and puncture wounds to his upper torso.
She was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon. She was later transported to the West Valley Detention Center.
Williamson was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon. She is currently being held at West Valley Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
