APPLE VALLEY – Authorities said that the suspect responsible for the death of Monique Marty, a 40-year-old homeless woman found deceased at James Woody Park on Friday was arrested on Sunday.
On Sunday, June 10, 2018, Rolando Sesan, a 21-year-old homeless man called Sheriff’s dispatch. Homicide detectives interviewed Sesan, and following the interview, he was arrested for murder. Sesan was booked into the Central Detention Center where he is being held without bail. He is scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with the investigation.
