APPLE VALLEY – A 60-year-old Apple Valley man has not been seen or heard from in 2 weeks and authorities are seeking information to locate him. Randy Cuddy was last seen on August 16, 2017, when he left his Apple Valley Home to go to work. No one has seen or heard from him since, and there is no evidence of foul play.
Cuddy is a White man who is 6’ tall, 200 pounds, has short brown hair, a graying mustache, has a missing left eye, and hazel right eye. Cuddy wears glasses and was last seen wearing a button up shirt and blue jeans. His vehicle is a 1993 green Buick Park Avenue.
